Return & Refund Policy - Gajman Wholesaler and Retailer Pvt. Ltd.

Charges:

First month fees must be paid in order for on-boarding to take place. Your proposal specifies fees at a monthly rate. If a consumer like, recurring payments can be paid either monthly or in more frequent intervals. With the exception of the first of the month, which is prorated according to the customer’s formal on-boarding date, invoices for the first month of services are typically sent out on the first of the month.

Cancellation, and Refunds:

At the start of each month when services are to be provided, customers have agreed to pay the sum specified in their tailored proposal. Services are only provided on a monthly basis. Refunds for already-performed services will not be given by Gajman Wholesaler and Retailer Pvt. Ltd.., with the exception of the 30-day money-back guarantee for the first management charge. The customer undertakes to give Gajman Wholesaler and Retailer Pvt. Ltd. at least 10 days’ notice before the end of the current month in order to cancel their service and prevent further fees.

Not Responsible:

Any and all damages, including, but not limited to, direct or indirect damages for loss of business profit, personal injuries, business interruptions, state licensing requirements, local ordinances, business information loss, or any other loss, are expressly disclaimed by Gajman Wholesaler and Retailer Pvt. Ltd.., its suppliers, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, subsidiaries, and assigns. The most that can be owed is only what was actually paid for the services rendered.

Billing:

Customers may pay invoices via credit card remittance to Gajman Wholesaler and Retailer Pvt. Ltd.., payment portal on ACH remittance, wire remittance, recurring bank draft payments, or check remittance to Gajman Wholesaler and Retailer Pvt. Ltd.., Ward No. 01, Khajawa, Khajuraho, Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh, 471606

Reduction in Services:

If a customer wants to terminate their service, they must do so at least 30 days before the start of the following month by phoning Gajman Wholesaler and Retailer Pvt. Ltd. or sending an email. To prevent services from being provided after the cancellation month, the customer must get a cancellation acknowledgement in writing before the cancellation process is complete.

Communication:

The client recognizes that if they do not respond to requests from Gajman Wholesaler and Retailer Pvt. Ltd. in a fair amount of time, it may affect performance with no change to service fees. The customer also agrees to support their site development and digital marketing campaign.

Rules of Conduct:

In its sole discretion, Gajman Wholesaler and Retailer Pvt. Ltd. may modify its terms and conditions without previous notice. We advise you to print these terms and conditions and preserve them in a file or electronically in order to record your terms and conditions for your service.

Regulating Law and Place:

By using a Gajman Wholesaler and Retailer Pvt. Ltd. service, you consent to having your contract governed by Uttar Pradesh law. In addition, you consent to and hereby accept Uttar Pradesh jurisdiction and venue in any legal proceedings arising from your use of Gajman Wholesaler and Retailer Pvt. Ltd. services.
